Sponsorship - Funding Expenses

With your sponsorship dollars schools that have an assembly will receive the Report Bullying Follow-Up Program and smaller schools or schools in remote /rural areas that may not be able to afford an assembly will qualify to receive our Anti-bullying follow-up program (in-class program) on DVD.
Funding will be used to hire staff, for production of the DVD and to purchase supplies as listed:
Hiring Staff
• collecting and confirming school information (calling, emailing)
• inputting school data into data base
• assembling all types of packages and promotional literature
• sending packages via email and or packages for mailing
On Line Report Bullying Program
• inputting school name, password and emails
• sending email test/ confirming email set up (via phone call/email/mail)
• Ongoing upkeep/maintenance of website and any changes or additions, school passwords changes, email changes (confirming new email set up…)
Ballot box Program
• purchasing of ballot boxes & mailing replacement supplies
• assembly of ballot box, adding sticker on front and sponsor logo stickers
• printing of promotional and instructional flyers/ posters/ banners
• packaging & Mailing (schools are mailed the follow up before assembly)
Stickers
• Set up and printing fees
Anti-bullying follow-up program (in-class program) on DVD
• Full Production (editing/filming..) of each assembly (student/teacher/parent) on DVD
• Purchasing- DVD cases, labels, case inserts
• Assembly of DVD’s
• Printing Costs- printing up DVD labels, DVD case inserts
Other purchases– Office supplies, Packaging and Postage
