FOR FACULTY The teacher’s Role–Eliminating Bullying!
Schools should be a safe place for all students to learn and develop. This training will emphasize the numerous opportunities faculty has in influencing the behavior and character of their students. Faculty will learn more about their role in eliminating bullying and keeping students motivated to take a stand against any form of disrespect.
With each student assembly schools receive the Report Bullying Follow-Up Program which consists of:
• Report Bullying Program options- On-Line report bullying and Ballot Box Program
• Safe School Program Link offers- Character Education Exercises for K-3, 4-6, 7-12,
Teacher Tools, Parent Information, Leader Exercises, Surveys (Student, Teacher, Parents)
• DVD- “Are you a Bully bystander” 10 min video & worksheets
• Mentoring Program- at risk students
